Priyakunj Ras ("we", "our", "the app") is a devotional study application developed for the spiritual community of Priya Kunj Ashram, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. This policy complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the EU GDPR where applicable, and Google Play Store requirements.

Account Data: Name, email (Google Sign-In) or phone number (Phone Sign-In).
Diksha Forms: Name, DOB, address, family details, mobile, email, GPS, photos, signatures — submitted voluntarily for initiation records.
Usage Data: Search queries (anonymous), AI credit usage, mala chanting records, bookmarks, device type, platform.
Notification Tokens: FCM device token if notifications are enabled.
Authentication, content personalization, push notifications (opt-in), AI search and study features, credit system management, diksha record-keeping for Ashram, and service improvement.
Data is stored using Firebase (US), Supabase (US), and Google Cloud (US Central). The Ashram is in India; servers are outside India. Data is transferred with HTTPS/TLS encryption. By using this app, you consent to this transfer under DPDPA Section 16 and GDPR SCCs.

Delete your account: Settings > Delete Account in the app, or visit app.vinodbaba.com/delete-account.
When you delete: all personal data removed within 30 days. Diksha forms are anonymized (personal details removed, initiation date/type retained for Ashram records). Anonymous analytics retained.
Other rights: Disable notifications, clear bookmarks, request data copy, withdraw consent.
Grievance (DPDPA): Email priyakunjrasdev@gmail.com. Response within 30 days.
EU/EEA users (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, restrict, portability, and lodge complaint with supervisory authority.
Account data: retained while active, deleted within 30 days of request. Diksha records: PII deleted, anonymized record retained permanently. Search logs: anonymous, retained for improvement. FCM tokens: deleted immediately on account deletion.
Not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in EU). Under DPDPA, children's data requires verifiable parental consent.
Material changes notified via in-app notification or email.
